  Serves 4

Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks (you may use ribs or other meat if you prefer);
400ml Jamaica Sun Jerk BBQ Sauce;
2 tbsp Jamaica Sun Caribbean Honey.

Preparation
In the meaty part of the chicken drumsticks, make 2 or 3 deep cuts with a sharp knife. Pour the BBQ Sauce into a large freezer bag. Add the Caribbean Honey. Close the bag and squidge the bbq sauce and the honey together. Put the chicken in the bag and seal. Squidge the chicken and the sauce together so that the drumsticks are coated well.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or preferably overnight. Heat the oven to 200°C. Pour the chicken into a roasting pan. Spread the drumstricks apart. Cook for 20 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the oven and baste with sauce in the pan. Then return the chicken to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. When the chicken is cooked through serve along with some Tropical Sun American Easy Cook Long Grain Rice. Enjoy!
