Serves 6

Ingredients
1 x 200g tub of cream cheese;
4 tsp of Jamaica Sun Guava Jelly;
7 sweet & spicy picante peppers (jarred), finely chopped;
handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped;
5 spring onions stalks, finely chopped.

Preparation

Poke holes in the bottom of the cream cheese tub. Then invert tub of cream cheese on serving dish. Spread guava jelly on top of cream cheese. Then layer peppers over the guava jelly, followed by coriander and spring onion. Serve with water crackers. Enjoy!
