Serves 20 as an appetizer
Ingredients
4 x 400g tins Jamaica Sun Hot Dog;
1 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 cup Jamaica Sun Jerk Barbeque Sauce.
Preparation
Cut hot dogs into bite-size rounds. Combine the hot dogs and the remaining ingredients. Cook in a crock pot on low for 3-4 hours and on high for 1-2 hours. If you do not have a crock pot, place mixture in an oven proof dish and cover. Preheat oven to 100°C and cook for about 1-2 hours. Serve using toothpicks. Enjoy! |
