Ingredients
60g Jamaica Sun Irish Moss;
10g Jamaica Sun Isinglass;
50g linseed;
3.5 L Water;
397g Tropical Sun Condensed Milk;
½ teaspoon Tropical Sun Nutmeg;
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence;
Soya milk as needed;
Brown sugar to taste.

Preparation
Pour water into pan. Bring to the boil and then add Irish Moss and linseed. After 30 minutes, add nutmeg, isinglass and a further 500ml of water. STIR CONTANTLY. Allow to boil for a further 30 minutes. Strain off liquid (which should now be thick brown) into a clean container and allow to cool. Add and stir condensed milk, vanilla essence and as much soya milk as is required to thin mixture. Add brown sugar to taste. If liquid thickens then add more soya milk. Keep refrigerated.
