Ingredients
1 large green bell pepper, chopped;
1 large onion, coarsely chopped;
30ml vegetable oil;
1 x 400g tin baked beans;
1 x 340g tin sweet corn, drained;
225g tomato sauce;
2 tbsp mustard;
a couple of dashed of Jamaica Sun Jamaican Hot Pepper Sauce;
2 x 200g Hot and Spicy Viennas cut into bite-size rounds, Jamaica Sun Cheese, sliced.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C. In a pan, heat the oil. Then cook the onions and green pepper for about five minutes or until onion is soft. Add the beans, sweetcorn, tomato sauce, Hot Pepper Sauce and mustard and mix. Add the Hot & Spicy Viennas and continue to mix. Pour ingredients into an oven proof baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange cheese slices over the top of the casserole. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted. Enjoy! |
