  Vienna Sausage Dinner
Serves 6

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter;
1 small onion, chopped;
½ green bell pepper, chopped;
100g mushrooms, sliced;
1L beef broth;
225g uncooked macaroni;
1 tsp salt (if desired);
2 x 200g tins Jamaica Sun Vienna Sausages, cut into bite-size rounds.

Preparation
Over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Add broth and bring to the boil. Add macaroni and cook for about 10 minutes or until macaroni is almost tender. Stir occasionally. Add salt and Viennas. Cook for another 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Serve and enjoy!
